It has come to my attention that our two clients are finding our proposals difficult to read. When queried further, they both mentioned (as personal preference dictates) that the sentences seemed to have gaps between the words. (Similar to this paragrap h.) After speaking with several people in our Word Processing department, I understand that we have been using full justification for paragraphs. As these two clients are our lifeblood, please prepare a letter to the staff stating that the use of full justif ication in documents is no longer acceptable. All documents are to be typed using left justification only. Please send me a draft of the letter by Monday.
